They didn't try to sell me any additional services, or tell me they needed a camera to look down the drain. In fact, while running water in the bathroom sink (which was backing up into the shower stall) they noticed the faucet didn't have an aerator which made the water came out at an angle. At no extra charge, they installed the small part that made the water come out straight.
