They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
