"They really are 'good guys'! Not only did they fix the problem (our sump pump stopped working), but they were very honest with us about it. They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. They also made some changes in the pipe that it was connected to (shortened and repositioned it) so the problem wouldn't happen again. We've actually used them again since this initial experience and they were just as great. They're reasonably priced and I highly recommend them."

I found out it's better to do business with the local people, they were responsive and professional. I thought if I am upset with them then I can go and bang on their doors. They were responsive and seemed well versed in what they were doing."

He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
