David from Water Heaters Only came in the afternoon of 6/12/18 and it took 2 hours to install to city and state code. He had all the parts and tools to change the water heater on the spot. They were very punctual, they cleaned up after themselves. They had to cut a hole in our attic; they installed an attic door that we provided to them at no extra charge because they needed to get up there anyway. "They were AWESOME. Same day service and quickly diagnosed the issue (blown transformer, since my furnace does not have a fuse). The guys were professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and why, and couldn't have been nicer. They finished the job quickly, and even installed the NEST which I had done wrong the first time, hence the need to call them. :-P"
