"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. "Removed p-trap, and ran a snake into the main bathroom's sink drain, but was unable to clear clog due to the poor condition of the old plumbing. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."

"Mike, the owner is super friendly. Communication was great. I called once and left a message and received a call back very quickly. Hanson's bid was substantially less for installing the same model tankless. Whereas one contractor wanted to charge an extra $220 to add an outlet (Power was easily accessible), Mike added it into the job at no extra charge. The tankless I installed came with a filter but Mike upgraded the filter at no charge. Hanson did lots of little things that added up to make the overall experience easy and seemless. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again. I would recommend them over any of the other pros I connected with about this project."
