Tim was very, very good. He is a pro with security systems. Even though he said that he is not familiar with Simplisafe systems, he figured out how to reboot mine very quickly. His shirt said ADT and I'll bet his expertise shines on ADT systems. Very competent pro.

They were punctual, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I don't know if they were reasonable because I had nothing to compare their price to. I had a problem, I called them and they came out, immediately. It was actually my fault because I forgot a plug they used was controlled by a light switch, so I turned off two of my cameras. I had to contact them because I did not get a bill or list of products used, which I wanted for my records. I text'd them to request a copy which they sent after my request.

He tried to upsell. I asked fora business card and he laughed and said that they did not do that anymore and gave me his phone number. Later he texted me trying to upsell again. I blocked him! This is not the first time I have experienced ADT questionable tactics. If I had known it was them coming out I would have looked for someone else!
