Called them the next day and they came out and snaked again, under the warranty, and started draining fine. The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago.
