I don't even know how Fankie managed to cut the old squares so well that they could be reinstalled. He jack hammered the concrete slab underneath in a way to minimize the dust. Wilmar and Frankie covered the floor, they wore their masks, they were very pleasant to deal with, friendly, patiently explained procedures and cleaned up afterwards. "We had a leaking toilet. Jose Romero of Core Plumbing responded to our request on Angi within ten minutes, and arrived at our home within twenty minutes. The problem turned out to be much more serious. The drain pipe beneath the toilet was clearly cracked and needed to be replaced. This is an older house, and there was no surprise here. Moreover, the pipe was in a narrow crawl space. Mr. Romero assessed the situation, provided a reasonable quote, and we authorized the repair. He came with his colleague Freddie the next day and did a thoroughly professional job, installing the new floor drain pipe, a new floor fitting for the toilet including a new concrete collar, and a replacement toilet all in one day. He was scrupulously clean, efficient, and we were amazed that he could accomplish this in a single day. "We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

"Plastic pipe cracked, and shower/toilets were slowly draining. Chandler’s crew replaced cracked portion with temporary pipe so bathrooms and sinks can be used again the next day. They replaced the old plastic pipe with a more flexible material and also changed out the old clay main pipe. It took about 3 days to repipe, and cemented back the driveway and walkway where the problem pipe originated. The results looked so professionally done, and love the fact that their work is lifetime guaranteed. I would use them again, as well as highly recommend!"
