In the process he showed us how rusted out our line was from our water meter to our house and regardless of what the progress was, we always had water for the kitchen and bathroom for the 3 days required to replace ALL of the galvanized piping with new copper. He also resolved an un-level toilet issue in both bathrooms. We never knew it was not supported properly until he showed us; he quickly leveled the foundation under the toilet which we appreciated. "I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."
