    I normally don’t write reviews, but after working with ARC Water Damage, I felt it was warranted. A couple months ago, I worked very closely with Nina on a commercial property mold removal project that was very time sensitive. I was out of state from the work site, so Nina and her crew provided daily pictures of the progress. It was fantastic to see the progress while I was 500 miles away. The project was very large but they finished the work in less time than estimated. The quality of the work was fantastic and her crews were very flexible as we were removing equipment at the same time. The price was significantly better than another company that quoted the work. He is a very nice, low-key guy with decades of experience. We scheduled the cleaning for later in the week. The only hangup on the day he arrived was that he needed to run to the store for a part to reach the water source. Once the job started, Ken and his crew were thorough, careful and excellent.     We moved into a beautiful new home in Aptos but our Terrazzo countertops were a little worse for wear due to acid etching and knife marks. We wanted the home to feel brand new, so we called out Mr. Peabody's to restore our countertops throughout our Kitchen, Master Bath, upstairs guest bath, and laundry room. Terry, the owner, was quick to respond with a visit to give us a reasonable quote considering how much polishing and sanding would be required to make them all like new again. Terry's stone refinishing team of Trenton and Gil came out and did an excellent job of restoring our counter surfaces throughout our house. It took one day for the kitchen and another for the bathrooms and laundry room. All of the appliances and fixtures were carefully masked off and in the original condition after the process, which was a big relief. Mr. Peabody's team was professional and courteous throughout the process. We highly recommend that you give Mr. Peabody's a call if you need your stone/quartz counters resurfaced.
