"Satisfied customers reporting! We're writing this review four months after the completion of our bathroom renovation. We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"Of all the companies I approached to perform the obligatory inspection in order to assess the scope of work to be done on my foundation (which is extensive), Foundation Works is THE ONLY company that charges a fee. Consumer beware - it does not state this anywhere here on Angie's List nor on Foudation Works' own website. You will only discover this only AFTER speaking to a representative on the phone trying to schedule this inspection. A fee of $215 to inspect a foundation requiring approximately $50K of work had the effect of immediately removing this company from further consideration for the job."

"I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. We did a complete remodel of three bathrooms floors, walls paint etc. I’ve had custom glass installed. And they built out a whole new bathroom for me without destroying the design and functionality of my beautiful mid-century modern home. I am definitely going to work with them again. "Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
