"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"Julian and his team were thorough, detailed, and communicative- which is what made me proceed with them. They were able to see my vision and execute while working within my budget in a timely manner. They provided routine updates in addition to calling and sending pictures. I'm very detailed and meticulous, so it was nice to work with a team that cared as much as I do. Some of the work included popcorn ceiling removal, wall repair, orange peel texture and painting, closet demo and repair, kitchen remodel, pantry install, and recessed lights throughout. My favorite parts of the project are the full bathroom remodel, the excellent paint job on the kitchen cabinets, and the time/dedication they had to sand and stain the beam in the living room. They also replaced the drop ceiling panels with drywall and a hatch to access the HVAC which looks SO much better! and they cleaned up!
