Needed an experienced contractor to repair pop-corn ceiling damage. He did such a good job I kept this company busy for 9 months remodeling 2 homes. This company does all crafts from plumbing, carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, and more....To this day I'm appreciative of their craftsmanship. I live in one of the homes and sigh in relief and pleasure with the quality of the work. Very industrious, showed everyday, easy bto work with.

Chad was available to answer questions and facilitate project with ease. His assistant, Jacob, was also professional, courteous, friendly, proficient. Job was estimated and delivered as promised with excellent execution, including cleanup and customer involvement as project progressed. My feeling was job was also priced fairly and with no "surprises."

Excellent service, windows were installed on time that they said they would be. Excellent installation. Best prices.

Chad and his crew arrived on time and stayed until the work was completed. Their work was professional quality, and we are very happy with the result. We will definately consider using 1st Affordable Contractor for home improvement projects in the future.

Our small project ended up being a big project, since the original builder of our home did such a poor job with the floor structure. Chad and Ron spent 12 hours at my house (until 10:45 at night!!) to complete the job. They were both very courteous and were very detailed in explaining to me what they were doing and how they were doing it. They did a great job and I appreciate the fact that they stayed late on a Friday night to complete the job!!!! GREAT work guys! Thanks!!!!!

I did not select this contractor. this project is incomplete. I only received on bid. I was hoping at least three contractors would contact me. This rating score is not on this one contractor. Mario

I was very pleased with Chad and his team. They did very nice work. Moreover, they showed up on time every day, cleaned up every evening, and were a pleasure to have around. I would recommend them for any type of carpentry work.
