"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "I was looking for someone to transfer information and files from an old dying computer to a new one and to help me sort out the mess I had made of my email by letting thousands of messages accumulate. Buck was great! He was willing to meet me and take my old and new computers to his office to do all the work, which was the most convenient arrangement for me.. The work was finished the next day, but we ran another day so my computer could finish loading updates and he could make sure they all were ok and so that he could do some additional work to get my email (and messages on my provider's service) into manageable form. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive.
