"This past June 2017, we had the very pleasurable and satisfying experience of having Kyle Beym Home Improvements perform work at both our home and our rental home as well. We contracted with Kyle to do such things as: redo the bathroom in our rental home, install new flooring in both houses for kitchen and bath, put in a new shower and tub as well as new vanities and mirrors, hang new security doors, install exhaust fans for both kitchen and baths, repair numerous closet doors, paint various rooms in both homes, hang a new exterior door, cut, measure, and install new floor molding, and so on. He took measurements and then provided a couple of different sets of CAD drawings for us to choose from. He provided updates to the drawings in a timely manner and helped us to make cost-effective choices. Sean worked with us to schedule the installation to coordinate with the work in our closet.
