"Best company to deal with for landscape projects. We saw them work on our neighbor’s front yard and were impressed with the attention to detail. We contacted Coastal Pavers and spoke to the owner Steve Lawrence, who promptly showed up to give us a quote for our project. Steve is an amicable fellow—laid back and easy to work with throughout the process. Tell him what you want, and his company delivers. His crew (led by Fernando) is a hard-working group. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. They are easy to talk to, too, which we really appreciated. About nine months after my project was completed, there was a little bit of touch up that needed to be done. Steve took care of it with NO QUESTIONS ASKED and no charges. Lastly, the price: Coastal Pavers was very competitive. They are licensed and bonded, too. We wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!"

"Luis and his crew did an amazing job. They worked for 3 days trimming hedges, bushes and vines. Removing bushes that were breaking a retaining wall. They trimmed our palm trees. They hauled away rusted patio furniture, wood, metal, and an old jacuzzi cover. Then they mowed, edged, and blew all the walkways and the patio. They were timely and courteous. I was so pleased with the work that I’ve hired them to do regular lawn service."

He replaced broken flagstones and re-grouted the whole patio. It looks like new and we couldn't be more pleased! Next he will be fixing our irrigation system and give us a new landscape design. He is a pleasure to work with! He keeps you informed on what he finds throughout the project and how it should be corrected. He also gave us some good suggestions on what still needs to be done. "Excellent! We extended 2 areas on each side of our pool to make it more usable for lounge chairs on one side and a table with 6 chairs on the other. I can highly recommend Kent Horner and his company for many reasons. They started the work quickly, showed up daily and on time until it was completed, had a large crew and fixed any issues that we had due to moving sprinklers and lights. Kent used a large excavator to level the areas himself over 3 days. When this part was done, the crew took away the grass and dirt and disposed it, prepped the areas and put in the retaining walls, pavers and drains. I really appreciated that Kent showed up every day to check on the progress and address any concerns. He said the job was priced a bit low because there was so much compacted hard soil. He didn’t try to up the price, he did the work for the price he quoted. Thank you so much Kent and CH Gardens for the wonderful job! It’s awesome!"

"I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."
