"I hired Green Land after meeting with almost a dozen landscape contractors. Jay met with us and went over our plans. Unprompted, he also showed us 4-5 different recent jobs that he had completed. Each of the owners greeted us and encouraged us to look no further. We are happy we ended up choosing Green Land. Theyve done a lot of houses in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and some in Del Mar. Really high end work. PROS: Workmanship. Attention to detail. Our pool was built in 2016 and we have had ZERO issues. Overall design was amazing. It made a huge difference to the front and back of our property. Green landscaping (our water bill dropped about $50/month despite adding more plants). Did I mention the workmanship? Second to none and still more cost effective than 90% of the bids we got. We cant wait to save up to buy another home to get to do the landscaping again. CONS: None! Ive recommended them to a few of our neighbors. From the looks of the signs in the neighborhood, it looks like they took our advice, too."

"Kacen and his team pulled up our existing lawn, his design turned it into beautiful low maintenance, water wise front yard that exceeded our expectations. Kacen and his team arrived for work early everyday, worked in the rain, made sure our yard was clean at the end of each day. The entire transformation took 4 days. We received several proposals, C & H proposal was very reasonable and gave us the most for the price that we were able to have our driveway and side walks acid stained. Kacen returned on day 5 to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I have been in contact with Kacen since the project was completed, he is quick to reply and be available to assist. We are extremely satisfied."

"I am very impressed, and pleased, with the job that Quetzal Landscapes did for me! My yard is beautiful! Kristian (the owner) was very professional throughout the whole job. He was here every day (for about an hour) to get his crew going with the projects of the day, and to look at the work that had been done the day before. The concept that was taking place was so beautiful that I kept adding many more projects to my original landscaping "vision." Kristian removed (he actually got right in there, himself, with a chain saw) 3 very large Birds of Paradise trees (roots and all) and artistically landscaped my 4 terraced levels with exactly what we talked about. Kris has a very creative eye. Beyond the planting, Kris envisioned, and put in, a small patio on the 3rd terraced level with redwood stairs going up to it.I can now see the mountains and the fireworks from my yard. The crew that was there every day (7 days a week until my job was finished) was extremely hard working, and fun to be around. Kristian worked with me on my tight budget and was very thoughtful in presenting his ideas of my landscaping. After my landscaping was completed, my drip system needed to be monitored and changed each week. Kris came out himself (from about an hour away), twice, on a Saturday, to change it for me. Any follow-up that was needed, Kristian was there immediately to handle it! It is too bad that this review has no place for a before and after picture. "Install It Direct just replaced all the concrete around my house - driveway, walkways, back patio - and I couldnâ t be happier! The product itself is simply beautiful. Ever since the installation I actually have neighbors walking over and telling me how beautiful everything looks! But just as important was the team at Install It Direct. Chris was my design consultant and project manager. He listened to my thoughts and ideas throughout the process and gave me multiple design options while working with my budget. No detail was too small for him and he patiently laid out multiple designs for me to pick from. As a design consultant and then project manager, I couldnâ t have asked for anybody more responsive and professional. The crew itself was also great! Nicholas was the foreman and kept the project on track, even finishing a couple of days earlier than planned. And last but definitely not least, the work crew was exceptional. They were here early every day, worked hard and cleaned up every day; even going to the extent of blowing the dust off of the neighborâ s car! These guys were skilled, fast, and stayed focused on what they needed to get done every day. And did I also say how beautiful the end product is?"
