Exceptional service with quality care and very professional hardscaping (Team Andy) and landscaping team (Team Omar). CEO, Emily Ayala was not only professional but provided thorough communication during our front yard project. Emily provided a 3D virtual design within hours after our initial consultation meeting all of our requests as well as comprehensive architectural design. Overall, we had an excellent experience working with Emily and her crew at San Diego Premier Outdoor Design! We are thrilled with the new look and quality of pavers, turf, landscape, lighting and irrigation system.

Emily with San Diego Premiere Outdoor did an absolutely amazing job of replacing our lawn with turf and modernizing the landscaping around the house. We did some price shopping and found that her pricing was competitive and we love the design that she came up with. We have received a number of compliments from even strangers passing by our house on our new turf.

Our back yard came out beautifully! We enjoy it every day and it fits our needs perfectly Emily was terrific to work with and helped design a beautiful backyard with us. Emily and her team did a fantastic job creating a modern paver patio and turf landscape for our backyard. We started with nothing and had to put in drainage as well. Her team worked quick and efficiently. Emily is super responsive to all your questions and very professional!

Emily and her team at SD Premier Outdoor were absolutely amazing to work with, turning our front and back yard dreams into reality! We had never tackled a landscaping project, so we needed a partner to walk us through the entire process from start to finish. Emily first took our rough ideas and created an immersive 3D design to help us visualize what it would look like on our lot specifically. She sat with us and made live edits so we could tinker with the plans and ensure we were comfortable with the designs. She brought us to various projects in our neighborhood to inspire ideas and help us feel confident in our choices. She took us to look at paver options in person, and accompanied us to the nursery with her greenscape team to pick options. She even helped us through the process of submitting our landscaping application to the HOA, which was no walk in the park! The installation itself went very smoothly. She was able to accommodate a trip we had previously planned and use that time to install the pavers while we were out of town. While we were in town, her crew was extremely professional and easy to communicate with, and clearly expert craftsmen. Before, during, and after installation Emily was easy to work with, always available by phone or text, and generally a joy to interact with. We'd happily recommend Emily and SD Premier Outdoor to anyone looking to improve their landscaping!

What started out as a fairly simple project ended up being tricky than anyone had originally anticipated. Dustin handled the whole build with professionalism and more than a little flexibility. The price was reasonable. The work was done quickly. The pavers came out awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Premier again. A+ work.

Andy & Peter did a great job on our pavers front and back! Beautiful design and so fast. Omar and his team selected the perfect plants of our front and back yards. He seemed t know what I wanted more then I did. Everything turned out better then we imagined!

Overall I was very happy with the service, quality, professionalism, and communication. The quote was straightforward no nonsense. I was going to buy my own pavers and try to find someone to install but Emily informed me that they were wrong for my driveway.. she was very informative. I was floored that the entire project was done in 4 days! That includes demo and installation. Highly recommend this company!

SD Premier Outdoor did a beautiful job replacing our drive and walkway with pavers. The work is expertly done. All the miters are flawless, and the details are exceptional. Emily helped us design a layout with lighting and choose the pavers and colors that make this look so wonderful. The other contractors that quoted the job spent little time offering design advise and gave far less detailed bids. It was Emilie's design experience an effort to make this a fun project that made the results so great. The team was also great. The moved along quickly and kept a clean site. The job was done in a week. We are very happy with the results and experience working with Emily and SD Premier. I strongly recommend calling them.

Amazing! From the very start I loved working with Emily. She was kind, communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable about such a big project. All the workers were great too, Team Andy was awesome! They were all very friendly and worked so hard every day! Our backyard patio turned out amazing thanks to the SD Premier Outdoor team! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent design and craftsmanship!

Our yard was filled with uneven dirt and bugs before SD Premier came along. Now that the job is done, we love being outside every day! They did our yard from scratch (design, hardscape - pavers, landscape - turf, plants and lights). Not only does our yard look beautiful during the day, but it's even more gorgeous at night! All the lighting / uplighting is more than anything I even imagined. Emily walked us through every step of the way. First, the consultation. We talked about our style and our vision. Something low key and an area for our kids. As we walked through our space we talked through what we like to do (hobbies, for fun, and our lifestyle overall). We initially wanted to do concrete, but after meeting with her and doing some research we were sold on pavers. Then (still during the consultation) we walked through paver options. She brought a few different books and left them with us to look through & review after meeting with her. A few days later we got the proposal. We reviewed it in detail, asked all our questions and decided up upgrade our options! We figured "do it once, and do it right!" She came back with an updated proposal, we signed and hit the ground running! The team came to measure, demo, cut pavers, compact the soil - you name it! They did EVERYTHING. What I loved most is that there was a specific person / team (or person) specialized in each piece. So if the pavers needed to be cut, the right team came to do that. Then when it came to putting in electrical, we had an electrician do that. When it came to landscape (planting, soil, etc) - we had a landscape person do that, too! No shortcuts here! Everyone was on time everyday and they made the time count. No slacking, no excessive breaks - just some dedicated people passionately doing what they love. From start to finish, we were done in about 1 month! That's amazing for a 1,170 sq foot job. Lucky for us, we found Emily by way of a neighbor who had hired her to work on their yard. The stars aligned! We couldn't be happier and love our yard so much. Our kids love it even more! Emily is amazing and a true gem. She is consistent, communicative, creative, passionate and she / her team are some of the best we've ever worked with! We couldn't have gone with a better company. We just had SD premier outdoors complete our backyard (new pavers throughout) and HAD to review! They started on a Wednesday and weâ re literally done the following Friday! Complete demo of old hardscape, landscaping demo, and laying pavers to completionâ ¦ in just over a week! Insane, especially right now during COVID with so many friends and neighbors we know taking months and months for projects to complete. The team showed up everyday on time, and worked their butts off. It was so hot and humid too (poor guys!) and worked until 5-7pm every day. Such a great experience, would definitely recommend to anyone. Emily has a great idea, easy to work with and responsive, and her team is really a dream team! Thank you so much for the beautiful new backyard and for the minimal disruption in our lives!!

We met Emily Ayala of San Diego Premier Outdoor at our next door neighborâ s house. When we were ready to completely redo our landscaping, front and back, we contacted Emily to give us an estimate. Emily came out promptly, as scheduled, and we immediately felt like she understood exactly what we wanted to accomplish. Our property is a view lot on a third of an acre and, although we knew what we wanted we were having trouble putting plans in place to achieve the look we wanted. Working with Emily and the team from SD Premier Outdoor was a wonderful experience especially as a first-time homebuyer. We wanted pavers for our small patio and Emily talked me through every step and even offered options to take the cost down into our budget. She was really honest and upfront about costs and timing. What wowed me was how she helped me with the paperwork for our HOA and advised us on the best options to increase our property value. When it came time to install, the people who came out were kind, informative and professional. It was all done efficiently and to code and looks beautiful! We have neighbors coming by complimenting how nice they look. Even months after the work was done, a valve burst in HOA-controlled landscaping causing some light flooding that seeped in from under our pavers. I called Emily and she was helpful and quick to respond. I just can't speak highly enough of this company. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Emily and her guys at SD Premier Outdoor did an outstanding job with our backyard/front yard project. We moved into a new construction home and needed a company that would help us create our backyard plan as well as submit drawings to our HOA. This was accomplished day 1 so that we could expedite our approval and start on the install. Emily was extremely prompt with her responses, and my questions and requests were answered immediately. There was no nickel and diming or upcharges with anything. Emily truly wanted to make sure we had an easy low cost project, and she did just that and then some. Our project consisted of pavers (sealed) and turf which wa finished in 4 days and it looks phenomenal! Most importantly, My fur babies and my little girl is so happy to have a yard to play in!! Thanks again Emily!!
