Small jobs welcome

"Approximatly 2011 I had my garage floor professionaly finished by a company I can't remember now. Now many years later because of weather and general wear it needed to be rejuvenated, The edge of the floor needed to be grinded and Epoxy over all, I am not sure everything Steve had to do but I can honestly say it looked as if it was just installed, I am beyond happy. Not only was the job amazing such a nice nice guy, you can tell he take a lot of pride in his work, I will describe Steve as an "Artist" Thanks Steve"

"Erosion had started to affect planting beds along the backyard slope. Way To Go Builders built a retaining wall using concrete blocks with drainage behind each section. The Project leader supervised tier height and alignment. The wall stretches roughly 50 feet, stabilizing the slope and creating usable garden terraces. The completed structure allows planting, walking paths, and seating, improving function and safety."

"Jorge the job coordinator was on top of everything. His people were prompt, neat, friendly, and did outstanding work. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Because of rain there were some delays in project, but made up for it by working on Saturdays and on a Sunday. Kept me informed every step of the way,"

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

It costs between $600 and $8,400 to stain an average-size concrete patio of around 300 square feet. The wide price range accounts for intricate stains that incorporate multiple colors and stenciling, high-end sealers, and special touches, such as stamping or concrete polishing. Prices can also vary if you need to make multiple repairs to your patio before adding the stain and seal.

How do I epoxy a garage floor?

To epoxy a garage floor, you need to measure the area of the floor, remove all items from the garage, thoroughly clean the floor, and then follow the manufacturer’s instructions to mix and apply the epoxy. Learning how to epoxy a garage floor can save you between $4 and $7 per square foot on labor.

To prep a floor for painting, start by sweeping and cleaning any loose debris that could puncture the protective material. Take out as much furniture as possible. Then lay plastic, canvas, rosin paper, or masonite sheets across the room, securing them at the edges with masking tape. Plan your painting so that you minimize the chances you’ll step in and track any splatters.

Resurfacing a garage floor takes about eight hours on average, with another couple hours over three days to do the epoxy. Epoxy goes on in three coats, with each coat taking 24 hours to dry and cure. You’ll need to keep foot and vehicle traffic off of your garage floor for around 4 days in total when replacing your garage floor, so be sure to plan ahead before you start. This is a great time to organize your garage since you’ll need to move everything out to apply the epoxy.

Spills like water, oil, or grease can wear down the epoxy's strength, lowering its lifespan. While this damage doesn’t happen immediately, it can accumulate over time, so cleaning up any garage spills as soon as they happen is essential. Avoid cleaning with or using dish soap on your epoxy floors since they will leave an unattractive residue. Instead, you can use half of a cup of ammonia diluted with a gallon of water for cleaning purposes.
