Normally, a toilet needs a supply valve. There's usually a charge for that part, but the supervisor "threw that in," as well. By using two technicians, it also expedited the replacement process. Apparently, they do not normally remove the old toilet from the premises, however, they did that for me at this time. I would not have known what to do with the toilet, so I appreciate the gesture. They also made recommendations regarding other services I could have taken advantage of to assist the toilet installation and for the longevity of the toilet. Buying the coupon was a good move on my part, because if not, it would have been very costly to have them replace it. I feel very comfortable and confident with the work that was performed for me.
