Luis was prompt with his responses, very informative, personable and professional. Appointment times were kept and work was done within the time frame I was quoted. I am so happy with my plantation shutters in my living room, I plan on asking him to install them in two more rooms!

Of the 10 people who contacted me for this project, it came down to two. When looking for shutters, it is important to ask about materials and where the factory is. I eliminated any factories that were overseas. Luis has been in the business a long time, and had the most informative presentation. His installers were experienced and skillful. Measurements were taken, and 4-5 weeks later, we had beautiful shutters in 3 rooms.

From the start, Luis was fantastic. He provided excellent customer service and he is very knowledgeable about window coverings. I didn't know what to expect, because shutters are not cheap. The look of the shutters completely exceeded my expectations. So much so, I plan on ordering two more. The installer, Christian is amazing. Excellent customer service and skill. One of my shutter doors had a little paint imperfections and Christian correct the issue. Thank you, Luis and Christian.

I had no issue with my install done by Christian. I had my entire house done with plantation shutters and doors. They are lovely. Luis of professional and timely. The shutters were offered on 3/12 and installed on 4/21.

Luis is great! Very responsive and straightforward. He knows his products and was able to provide detailed answer all my questions. He was easy to work with and was very timely with his estimated completion date. My new shutters look absolutely fantastic as they have truly transformed my bedroom, bathroom, and living room. On top of that, they were very reasonably priced.
