"Bob was very thorough. He replaced the pump and installed a new line since dishwasher was not originally installed correctly. He ran through a number of rinse cycles to ensure it drained properly. So far all looks good. Given the amount of time and work done, as well as pump replacement price seemed reasonable. He also gave valuable tips."
