If I enjoyed being ripped off the job went fine. Geremi Cordona charged me $875 for a $100 part and on top of this he charged me over $200 ++ for labor to install the over priced valve. I would not recommend Overland Plumbing for any plumbing job. What a rip off!!

One of the most unprofessional and manipulative experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider in LA. The technician, though punctual and polite, was incompetent, I’ll-equipped and constantly on the phone with HQ receiving instruction and offering estimates which were exorbitant bordering on criminal. This vendor should be removed from Angie’s List.

The team was efficient, thorough and honest. Would ABSOLUTELY book them again... getting ready to for another service.

Never gave an official receipt, only hand-written. faulty parts resulted in a 1-month wait time to get the right parts in, with minimal contact to the customer (my mom) to let her know what's going on. Horrible experience.

First, I would like to state, I have used this company several times previously and they were fair. They replaced my water heater, added a fridge water line, and replaced all the outgoing plumbing in my house. I am very disappointed with this experience. My partner was the one who handled the interaction since I was not available. Based on what i have seen in pictures and the recollection of my partner and his mother-in-law... Geremi arrived and the issue with the toilet flap was identified which he quoted a 180 estimate. Then the issue with bathtub/shower faucet not closing completely was identified which was quoted at 350. My partner thought the second issue was going to require the entire replacement of the faucet and the associated assembly. As a combination unit from a 1949 house, it made sense why the cost may be high. In the end, Geremi was on premise less than an hour and had all the parts in his van. The tub/shower issue was resolved with a washer and the toilet was resolved with a 10.00 part to replace the flap and adjust the basalt to stop the water when the tank is full. I told my partner to use Overland since they are Spanish speaking as is he and his mother and they have been fair in the past. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Spanish speaking or other from using Overland Plumbing. I have been contacting the people that I have referred to Overland Plumbing to update them as to not use again. In the end it was 530.00 for less than an hour of labor and maybe 25.00 in parts. I don't know what the parts actually cost since their invoice did not list out the cost of the parts. I wish i had checked angies list before using them again. If I had known that they had requested to be removed, I would not have used them. Lesson learned that we need to continuously check up on services that we have trust before requesting service from them again.

Technician Hugo was punctual, professional, experienced and friendly. There were some other minor issues found during the repair which he explained clearly and took care of along with the main repair. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Was repaired as needed. I felt that the price was unreasonable considering that only one valve had to be replaced. Sticker shock to say the least. I only got one estimate which was not a great idea.

The installation technician was very courteous and did a good job.  I did not like having to listen to his boss try to up-sell me.  I do not know if I would use this company again.

Shower pressure was increased a little, some sink/bathroom fixtures were not checked (therefore, no tightened), and I did not use them to flush the tankless water heater due to the exorbitant price for the service. I have two tankless water heaters and they wanted to charge me $200 per tank. I got it done for $100 each the very next day from someone else.

As most homeowners know one fix led to another and another. Overland arrived on time and were very professional (they cleaned up after themselves and explained everything and had no problem in answering questions). A simple garbage disposal replacement led to fixing two toilets, installing a safety bar, fixing a bathtub drain leak and replacing the water pressure valve. BUT they did find and repair a gas exhaust leak on the water heater, a dangerous situation that we had not been aware of. All the guys were very courteous and friendly. I will use Overland again.

I normally try to tackle these types of jobs myself, but the clearance in order to access under this sink was very small, with a bathroom cabinet directly across from it, and I'm really tall!  So I had Overland come out and do it for me for a very reasonable $89.00.
Technician was very nice and very quick with the change-out.  Very happy with the work provided.
