They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. "The founding owner of Good Guy Plumbing, Matthew Ornejo, aptly named the company. He is both a "good guy" and an outstanding plumber. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work. Again, unlike so many drain clearers, he did not try to up-sell us on using some fabulous new equipment that costs $400 or so. He did the job. Said it was not too bad.
