They demoed the old shower and then rebuilt a new shower from the studs and floor up. Work included framing the substructure of the shower and then an awesome hot mop job, and then they framed and floated the floor, bench, and walls. The tile work was so beautiful it nearly brought tears to my eyes. I bought modern tiles with size 13” x 39”, so Ken and his crew had to cut every single tile, and every cut was spot on, and not one tile was broke or wasted, it was unbelievable. The finished product looks terrific. I also loved that Ken always let me know when he would arrive, and always showed up on time and put in a full day of work. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "The founding owner of Good Guy Plumbing, Matthew Ornejo, aptly named the company. He is both a "good guy" and an outstanding plumber. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work. Additionally, Mr. Ornejo's pricing was well within the intersection of reasonable and affordable, wholly WITHOUT unexpected, "ad hoc" add-ons."

"I have used Reiko plumbing many times in the past.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The labor charge was $75/hour. 
In the last month they offered to change my garbage disposal for $778.42.  There would not breakdown the cost of labor and replacement parts.  I went to Home Depot and brought a top of the line InSinkErator for $223.00.  I replaced the garbage disposal unit myself in 30 minutes.
I think it unprofessional to not divulge the cost of the replacement parts and their labor costs are unjustified.

"Service was wonderful, we needed help on a Sunday, and Jose Garcia came to our house and did a quick service. We thought it was a quick fix, but the next morning it started to back up again. We called that morning, they came out again and was told that it would be more work. Two more worker, Oliver and Jesus, came the next morning and by 2pm, all the work was done and my bathroom was cleaner then what they had walked into.
