"Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."

"Ken and his staff were fantastic from beginning to end. He made the process so easy and he was always up front and transparent about the service and prices. We had our bathroom remodeled last year and the previous contractor did such a poor job, we had to have new tile installed again. The difference between the two contractors was night and day. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. To anyone looking for a repipe of a home or new main line or having drain work done, I definitely recommend contacting Art at Repipe Pro."

"The founding owner of Good Guy Plumbing, Matthew Ornejo, aptly named the company. He is both a "good guy" and an outstanding plumber. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work. Additionally, Mr. Ornejo's pricing was well within the intersection of reasonable and affordable, wholly WITHOUT unexpected, "ad hoc" add-ons."

"I have used Reiko plumbing many times in the past.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The labor charge was $75/hour. 
In the last month they offered to change my garbage disposal for $778.42.  There would not breakdown the cost of labor and replacement parts.  I went to Home Depot and brought a top of the line InSinkErator for $223.00.  I replaced the garbage disposal unit myself in 30 minutes.
I think it unprofessional to not divulge the cost of the replacement parts and their labor costs are unjustified.
