"Juan did his best to clear the drain with his snake, but that didn't work. He worked very hard in the cold and approaching darkness until he cleared it with a high-pressure water device. He checked the work (and showed us) with a video camera snake, which revealed a break in our pipe and some tree roots that could be problematic in the future.
