The technician, Pedro, arrived promptly and was everything you'd want in a professional: courteous, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Pedro explained the problem with my sewer line clearly, outlining the repair options without any pressure. He patiently answered all my questions, no matter how silly they might have seemed. The actual sewer lining replacement process was impressive. The crew worked efficiently and meticulously, keeping me informed throughout the day. They prioritized cleanliness, leaving my yard looking exactly as they found it, minus the problematic sewer line, of course! Communication was key for the Sewer Brothers. On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE. Excellent service with the sewer repair and replacement. We decided to hire them to replace whole house pipes on our old home. Did the job at a reasonable price, just like the first job. Had one small leak problem under sink in guest bath. Texted at 1:00AM, he came at 10:00AM the same day. He fixed the leak at no cost. We have had no problems since. Now, that's what I call service. Also they are very personable and respectful young men. Thanks, Sewer Brothers!

I had a clogged shower drain pipe. Snaking did not help, rust was coming out. They had to dig through the bathroom floor, remove and replace the old rusted broken pipe, install a drain out and do a hydro jet on the main pipe, all done in a day. Very satisfied with the work done. Quality and professional work. They work clean and leave no mess behind. Both brothers are very nice, easy to talk to, and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. My go-to guys. Highly recommend them.

I will definitely use Sewage Brothers again and again! Pedro was quick to arrive, thorough in his explanation of what the problem was, and took care of it in no time. His services were reasonably priced, like half the price I paid for when I had a similar issue at our vacation home in Lake Arrowhead. Pedro rocks! We are renters, had an emergency in the middle of the night, and could not get a hold of our landlord. We found Sewer Brothers online and Pedro responded promptly. He came out first thing in the morning, did a thorough job, and fixed the recurring problem better than it had ever been fixed before. He even cleaned up nicely afterward. The price was right and our landlord was happy. Looks like we found a new plumber.

Had to come here to leave an excellent review for these guys because they did a great job for me today. Took them on a recommendation and I would gladly hire them again. I called them this morning a little after 7 AM and they were at my house by 8 AM to Fix a clogged kitchen sink. While they were here, I also had them replace hoses under my sink, including the ones behind the dishwasher. Plus I had them run to the store to get me a new garbage disposal and install that. Their rates were extremely reasonable, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and their work was excellent.

They sent a plumber within the hour on a weeknight and unclogged our kitchen drain for a reasonable price. He was very courteous, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. Would definitely use them again.

On time good communication

Absolutely the best decision to go with these guys. We had several quotes. Sewer Bros came out, looked at everything, provided an accurate and well written quote, which we immediately signed. Came back out a few days later with a whole crew and spent the whole day and then some, hours past 4pm. It was done. The work site was clean - cleaner even than before they got here - and they double checked everything again before leaving. Best experience.
