Cody and his son were wonderful. They were punctual and polite. Assessed the issues we had and patiently explained our options and costs. They performed all work efficiently and completed the work quickly. We are happy with the results and would definitely work with them again.

Cody showed up on time and the same day, gave me a great price and repaired/replaced the copper section immediately. He showed me every step of the way and was very informative on what happened and what he was doing to fix it.

We had a water leak in the kitchen that was the result from  the hot/cold water valve leaking into the wall from upstairs . Called Cody around 11 am and he said he could be at my house between 12 and 2 .  He arrived around 130pm with an assistant named Anthony. Within minutes they had diagnosed the problem and promptly got to work. They were both very professional and pleasant to be around . Got the job done quickly  and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Cody also explained everything that needed to be done very well and seems to really know his profession. I would definitely use GL plumbing again in the future.

I had several plumbing jobs that needed to be done and I had been procrastinating for way too long. I called Cody and asked if he could come by for an estimate. He was able to squeeze me in the next day, AND he showed up right on time. My home is 30 years old and none of the bathroom fixtures had ever been replaced. There was a lot of rust and corrosion inside the fixtures and several were not working. Cody checked the showers, toilets and bathroom sinks and gave me an estimate of $703.00. The only thing I needed to buy was the fixtures for the sinks, but he supplied all other parts and fixtures. Because of my work hours, I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks before I could schedule the work, because my schedule is so inflexible, but Cody offered to come by at 5pm just a couple of days later so I wouldn't have to take time off of work to get the repairs done. Cody and Anthony showed up on right at 5pm on the scheduled day and they had all of he work completed in 3 hours. Since he had to caulk the shower fixture, and it would take 6 hours to dry, he offered to caulk one, and come back the next day to caulk the other so we could use at least one shower tonight. I told him it was no big deal, since we all shower in the morning anyway, but it was very considerate of him to offer. When he checked my dishwasher, he found out that the person who originally installed it did no do it correctly and this was what was causing the problems (HUGE relief, because I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher).

After all of the work was completed, he advised me that the total would only be $675.00, not $703.00 because it turned out the sink fixtures I purchased came with supply lines attached, so he didn't need to charge me for them. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Cody an Anthony provided amazing customer service, were accommodating of my schedule and respectful of my time, they completed the work quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Cody and Anthony from GL Plumbing and Mechanical helped us fix the drain vent pipe last February (about 10 months ago) with an exceptional and professional service.  This time, when the pilot light of our water heater broke down on Christmas Eve, we called Cody, who we could trust and recommend to our family and friends.  He said we had to wait for the part shipped from manufacture; then, he would schedule the same day to fix for us.  The pilot assembly came on Dec 26, 20014.  He was working for another house and told us he would give us a call as soon as he finished the other job with the time he would be at our house.  The job was performed smoothly, and we had the water heater up and running.  Thank you Cody and Anthony.  You have a Happy New Year.

Cody, the owner of GL Plumbing & Mechanical, first came to my house in response to a water heater emergency, which he handled quickly, expertly and professionally. I was immensely impressed not only with the quality of his work but also with his work ethic, honesty,  politeness and kindness. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and with just the right vocabulary and detail. For all of these reasons, when he came to reinstall the water heater on the platform (he had had to temporarily install it on the garage floor while we waited for the platform/drywall/cabinet to dry out and be repaired), I made an appointment for him to come and take care of a number of other more minor issues which had recently arisen. He gave me a two hour window of time in which he would be here and called me about a half an hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once he and his helper arrived, they both worked hard to finish in a timely manner. Again, I was full of questions, not only about the work they were doing, but also about replacement bathroom fixtures that I was considering buying. He answered all those questions patiently, advised me on what to avoid, and gave me good recommendations about what to keep in mind. I found all of my interactions with Cody to be pleasant and the cost of service to be fair.
Cody shared with me a bit about how and why he got into plumbing and told me outright that he loved being a plumber: it isn't just a job to him; it is something he loves to do. I already knew that...it is patently obvious. He works with such enthusiasm and expertise that it couldn't be otherwise. Whenever I have plumbing needs in the future, I won't hesitate to call GL Plumbing & Mechanical.

We had to call on a Sunday evening because water was gushing under our sink. Our integrated supply line had popped loose from the faucet. Within 30 minutes Anthony came out to our house and started checking everything associated with our sink... even our house water pressure. The problem turned out to be our faulty 2 month old Pfister faucet!! I have learned to stay away from this product now! Anyway, he took the faucet out so we could return it to the store and installed a necessary part. Anthony even returned to install our new Delta faucet the next day. Very fast service, were thorough and friendly. Because it had been on a Sunday and in the evening, I expected it to cost much more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

My dishwasher needed to be replaced so I called Cody.  He had recently replaced a toilet for me and I liked his work.  He showed up right on time and went to work.  He removed the old washer and an ancient reverse-osmosis water filter.  He installed the new washer and a new two-stage water filter.  He noticed that the drain under the sink was just cobbled together and was trying to leak so I had him replace it at well.  He also replaced the shutoff valves and hooked up the line to my ice maker.  He did all this only after checking with me for my approval.  He also found a small brass nut that had somehow fallen into my garbage disposal.  It was a lot of work (more than 4 hours), and it cost a bit, but my dishes are now clean, the disposal is silent, the drains don't leak and my drinking water tastes better.  If I need any future plumbing done I will definitely call on Cody again.

Cody and Andrew put in a new garbage disposal. They called me  about an hour before my appointment,to see if they could come earlier. I said yes.They did a GREAT job.Cleaned up everything
