Bob Patterson Painting

Bob and his partner recently painted the exterior of my house and the work they did was simply amazing. My exterior was in poor shape and needed a lot of prep work. They brought it back to life in a way that I didn’t even know was possible. Bob’s level of communication was excellent. Both him and his partner showed up early and ready to work every day they were here. They worked so hard I almost felt bad because the temperature was in the 100’s each day they came. But they were always cheerful and upbeat even though I’m sure it was not a fun job given the weather conditions. Bob has been in the business a long time and his experience shows. He is honest, his pricing is fair, and he’s a genuinely good guy. I don’t think you could make a better choice when it comes to hiring a painter!

Bob and his assistant painted our house after repairing some damaged wood and metal elements. They got the job done in just a couple of days, and they did such a beautiful job that we asked them to come back and paint our entire backyard wall. They were extremely nice and professional; they were careful about following Covid rules; and they left our place cleaner than they'd found it. Bob's prices are affordable, and he truly takes pride in his work. We will definitely call him again!

I needed a 2-story house's exterior painted. Separately, we were also replacing the house's windows and sliding doors, and there was some stucco work involved as well. That meant the painter would have  to manage important details about dependencies on other contractors, their schedule and sequence of tasks. Out of six painting contractors who bid on the job, Bob Patterson stood out thanks to his attention to detail and his valuable suggestions during the initial walk-through. During that initial consultation, Bob asked several detailed questions to understand the project, but he also came up with several ideas that we implemented. Bob treated the potential engagement like a partnership, rather than simply a new job. As a layman customer and home-owner, I found his consultative style very valuable, and there was no hard-selling. I received from Bob a written estimate, with scope, cost and schedule clearly defined. On cost, Bob's bid was more competitive than the competition. We selected him to do the job. The job finished on time (actually, a half-day early). The quality of the work was top-notch and Bob's experienced crew gets full credit. Every day during the job, Bob was right there working alongside his crew. The results show that he and his team take great pride in their work, and they bring experience and excellence to the outcome. Everything went great. Bob's suggestions for two different types of sheen (one type for walls other for ceiling) have really made a difference. The walls were also quite rough prior to his work and now feel/look super smooth.

Bob Patterson was excellent! He provided a fair quote to paint the interior of our condo. He knowledge of his craft is second to none. He arrived on time and did and outstanding job. Absolutely best painting contractor we have used. Did what he said he would, completed in timely manner and in a very professional manner. The crew was always punctual, polite, detail oriented, dressed clean, entire job site cleaned up everyday and was very courteous throughout the project. The paniting material was a professional grade as well. The work was done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price.

Bob and his crew were punctual, professional, and displayed great attention to detail. Bob even took care of some items he noticed that wasn't included on the original scope of work without running up extensive extra charges. Bob and his crew were on time every day and left the site clean at the end of the day. When I returned home I could hardly tell they had been there, except being able to see the new color on the home. There were no drop clothes, buckets, ladders laying around the home at the end of the day. The end of result was better than anticipated and we are vary happy to have had Bob and his crew handle this work for us. We would absolutely recommend his services and we would hire again.

Bob was very fair in his price, on time and professional. They did the whole job in a few days and it turned out fantastic. I paid what I was quoted and there was no mess left behind. He did a great job. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Bob Patterson Painting. Bob and his fellow workers not only covered the entire exterior of our house but also painted our patio cover, gazebo, and two planters. It has been three months since the job was completed and our house still looks brand new in spite of all the rain we have had. Bob was easy to talk to about everything and he gave us a very fair price. I won't hesitate to call upon him again in the future.

First of all we want say say thank you to Bob, Jose and Jr. for a job well done. THANK YOU. Folks I can tell you this, our home had not seen any paint or stucco work since this house was built in 1950. yes all original down to the rotting out wood. My Husband and I went through Angie's List to look for some painters to come out and give us estimates. we had 5 different companies submit estimates. mind you all we were having done was the trim work since we had just finished all brand new Stucco 2 weeks prior. All the estimates we had received you would have thought they were going to paint an entire 2 story home not just trim. Then Bob Patterson's Painting came through, my husband and I were relieved. In Bob's estimate he stated everything he would repair replace, patch and paint. All materials included. when Bob and his small crew came out they were very nice, respectful, neat and clean. it was an estimated 3 day job. Each day they showed up on time when they said they were going to be here, they were here. they all did fantastic work, cleaned up behind themselves each day, so much so they even swept my sidewalks everyday before they left. Bob made it a point to make sure my husband and I were happy with their work. Bob even went so far as to stand back and look at the house and offer to paint all the pipes on the roof at no extra charge because he said it would make the house look even better, so they did and it looks great. I can go on and on but i think you get my point. My husband and I would definitely recommend Bob Patterson's Painting and we would also rehire him for future work when we are ready. Again Thank Bob, Jose and Jr. you transformed the UGLIEST house on the block to the nicest Painted house on the block. Keep up the great work your pride in your business shows. The end job looked better than when the house was new

Bob did a wonderful job prepping and painting our home and we are very happy with the results. He gave a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done and the time frame in which it would be completed. In addition to painting, he also replaced the wooden shelf in the front of our house. Bob was friendly and professional and we would definitely use him again.

Bob and crew did an excellent job. We had waited way too long to have the work done so the old paint was cracking and peeling badly. They took time to carefully prep the surfaces before painting. They scraped the old peeling paint, sanded the surface smooth, patched the stucco where needed and power washed the entire house before painting. They even moved the dirt back from the house a few inches to ensure a clean line near the ground. Bob helped us select a color that was right for the house and the different materials to be painted. We're very happy with the quality of the workmanship and their professionalism. They took care to mask and protect the patio, air conditioners and other surfaces around the house. When the work was done, they cleaned up everything and left the house looking like new again. We'll definitely have have him back again when we get ready to paint the interior. I would highly recommend Bob Patterson to anyone in need of any paint work. He's a super nice guy and very easy to work with. His years of experience are evident in the quality of the work and the ease of whole experience.

Bob did an excellent job. He arrived on schedule, and worked along side his employees to patch & prep our house exterior. The patching and painting was well done, and he even painted doors and roof vents that were not included in the estimate. His crew was done on time and everything was cleaned up.
