During the project, he discovered some mold in the building. Not only did he notify the property owners immediately, but he also took care of the remediation, followed all proper protocols, and handled it all on his own. He arrived the next day with a crew of 5, multiple trucks, and a wood chipper. They ‘hit the ground running’ with Jose climbing the tree with a chainsaw/ropes, and completed the work within 2 hours.
