I can’t say enough good things about Proactive Floor Coverings! Brandon and his team transformed my entire downstairs with luxury vinyl plank, and the results are stunning. From the first estimate (where Brandon measured every inch carefully) to the final clean-up, everything was professional, on time, and stress-free. The attention to detail is incredible — transitions are perfect, cuts are clean, and the floor looks like it belongs in a magazine. Fair price, top-tier quality, and a team that clearly takes pride in their work. 100% recommend!

During the estimate Brandon took the time to measure each room carefully, did not rush. He was the first of several prospects to submit a bid and at a very reasonable price in comparison. I told him I was on a tight schedule & he assured me he could complete the job on time, so he was hired. I've seen stories online, about issues with floors after install because things were rushed/corners were cut during the prep phase. Not the case here, Brandon took the proper time & was very meticulous. Trust the Process! He also handled a few curveballs well, like my request to have a pantry in the kitchen removed. I was amazed with the amount of work Brandon and Danny were getting done each day. True to his word, Brandon completed the job on time. Everything was super clean and well executed, you can tell Brandon takes pride in his work. Customer service and quality of workmanship are above par! We wish we had met Brandon when we did the first phase of our remodel, but we’re pleased we met him for second phase. Shouldn’t be too long until we can have him come for next phase!
