I just had roughly 2000 square feet of turf installed at my residence by Install-It-Direct, and could not be more pleased by their professionalism and attention to detail from their initial estimate and throughout the entire installation process. Nate talked me out of using pavers, which would have been more expensive than turf, which speaks very much for their honesty and doing right by the customer. He provided me pluses and minuses of both options (turf vs. pavers) and walked me to two houses in the neighborhood using turf, giving contrasts and comparisons with those turf instances and their product, really helping with my decision. Patrick's project management could not have been more helpful, and both he and Nate assuaged any concerns I had in bringing the project through to a great end result.

Patrick and Steve were honest and transparent. They are really hands on in delivering what they promised at a reasonable price. Now we have a beautiful artificial turf. Great professional. We highly recommend them!

The attention to detail and thoughtful placement of plants, hardscape, and features created a cohesive and inviting environment that we now enjoy daily. Throughout the project, the foreman, Troy, demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills. He managed the work crew effectively, ensuring that the project stayed on schedule and within budget. Chris MacMillan managed and designed the project. He's super knowledgable, and during the whole project, he and the project lead, Nicholas, who was in charge of the worker schedules, were both always proactive and easy to work with. I started my project small with with intention of replacing backyard cracking concrete with pavers, ended up spent a lot more on a cooking center and a fire pit, plus bunch of other miscellaneous updates and fixes. We're very happy with what it turned out.

Troy and Chris were absolutely fantastic to work with on our backyard project. The whole process from the initial consultation through the construction was seamless. I wish I could rate Install-It Direct with 1000 stars! I had a full front yard and driveway demo and re-build project (pavers, turf, rock, hardscape, landscape) which seemed daunting to me at first. Mostly, because I couldn’t picture what I wanted. From the start of the project design and estimate, to follow up, demo, and install – every step of the way was professional. Thomas, Frank, Nicolas and the entire crew were exceptional. Thomas’ design work was amazing, Frank’s project oversight totally on point, and Nicolas and the crew were professional, skilled, and did phenomenal work. I felt like I was part of the team the way everyone communicated with me. Everyone that supported this project was fantastic and the design and workmanship is perfect. My front yard exceeded my expectations in every way!

What a transformation –- a gorgeous patio surrounding our pool, and elegant walkways around the house -- all thanks to the people of Install-It-Direct -- a team dedicated to our project from the first consultation to the last installation. Dennis Caldwell and Aaron Dishon lead the team. Dennis was key to formulating the design. He discussed with us various scenarios, and made excellent suggestions. Chiefly among them was extending the patio to include walkways around three sides of the house which connected all paved areas, giving it a unified, smooth, and seamless look, and adding an improved drainage system. Aaron did superlative work in coordinating all aspects of the project, which included the demolition of the old concrete and brick patio and installation of the drainage system and the pavers. He was always available for questions and concerns, and that continued even after the project was finished. The installation crew was led by Antonio Sanchez. He and his team, Leandro and Roberto, were outstanding. They demolished the old and built the new on schedule, including extra items necessary to complete the design. Their work is simply beautiful. The entire team are professional and knowledgeable. They kept to the timeline, the cost was fair, and above all, they made us their priority. We would not hesitate to hire Install-It-Direct again.

I recently worked with Install-It-Direct to put pavers and putting greens and make our backyard less water consumption and easy to maintain. Pouya (designer), Frank (PM) and their crew were absolutely phenomenal every step of the way and I give them A+++ . Chris MacMillan with Install-It Direct did an amazing job on my paver driveway, patio, wall with recessed lights and two planters. The whole project/installation took less than 2 weeks, and all construction workers were very courteous and respectful. After installation was finished Chris came back to make sure that recessed lighting and drip system for plants were setup correctly on my iPhone. Every time I reached out to Chris for questions, he was always available, patient, and honest. I am very happy with the way it turned out and I highly recommend Install-It Direct.

It went very well. Steve Brown helped me develop the plan for the pavers and artificial turf. He was always happy to answer my questions and to help. He stopped regularly to monitor the work. I decided to extend the pavers and now have a beautiful front porch also.. I have had so many compliments from my neighbors, even from a little boy who lives down the street. The price was very fair and everything was cleaned up very well. I am extremely happy with my beautiful front yard.

We recently worked with Install-It-Direct to redo our backyard which posed few challenges due the shape, existing structures and grading. From the initial consultation it was evident that Troy, the designer and project manager from IID, had a plan in mind after listening to our requirements. He quickly drew up designs with mix of pavers, artificial turf, retaining walls and DG at different cost points so we could make well informed decisions. One of the best things is that quote has breakdown of different components so one can make decisions to select the right material and design to fit their budget. The work started on time and the crew was super nice about explaining different paver lay-down options and accommodating few minor changes as the work progressed. The crew showed up on time and left the place cleaned up and safe to the best extent possible. I would highly recommend Install-It-Direct to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and honest company to work with.
