Jake, the proprietor, visited, assessed the issue and made a plan to put channel drains in the concrete pad to drain the water. He was able to put two well placed drains in the areas needing drainage. We have since had two heavy rains. No water has collected and the drains functioned perfectly. He arrived the next day with a crew of 5, multiple trucks, and a wood chipper. They ‘hit the ground running’ with Jose climbing the tree with a chainsaw/ropes, and completed the work within 2 hours. All of his team were quick with a smile and worked diligently. I would use their services again in the future, and most definitely well recommend them to others!!"
