on that day, Duke is really on time, arrived my home within the time slot we set.
He is really professional and handful; quickly checked that there is a broken capacitor.
Replaced the unit in 10mins; and the AC back on-line!
Also check the refrigetor liquid for me.
Overall, really satisfied with his service. Defnitelly, will continue choose him in the future.

"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. "We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Energy! The service person, whose name was Chance, did a thorough evaluation of the problem with a focus on saving us as much money as possible, to either repair or replace our 30-year-old heat furnace. He quickly determined that our inlet filter was too dense (it was a Merv 11 and should have been a Merv 8) and that that was probably causing the heater to go off an on every 5-10 minutes. He then tested and confirmed his hypothesis. He also performed a CO test to make sure there wasn't anything more serious going on. Finally, he gave us a good idea of replacement options, which we should probably do before the next Winter, but not necessarily right away. All in all, this is exactly the kind of assessment we needed, and it cost orders of magnitude less than what was estimated by the first service company we had come out. Chance was great, and Comfort Energy is our go-to for heating and cooling service and/or installation from now on."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."
