They do an outstanding detailed job on examining your equipment and explain the problems that are going on and problems that might arise and then back it up with pictures. They send all this info to you via your computor. They also do a great job cleaning up after they are finished. They are very professional!

Smart Heating and Air Conditioner was exemplary. They provided prompt, excellent, and commendable service. They walked us through everything that was done on our units, detailed what the issue was, and made sure the issue was resolved. Hats off to Mike and the entire Smart family. I called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to replace my AC unit. Mike, came out and took his time with the inspection, and also took his time explaining to me everything that needed to be done. The pricing is competitive, but definitely worth the money. The whole install went perfect.

We had to upgrade our old furnace and AC so we decided to look around and call a couple companies to come and give us a quote. We decided to go with Smart heating and air, their prices were upfront and fair. We got our systems installed in a very professional manner. All the technicians wore masks, they used foot covers and put down cloths to protect our floors. After they installed they tested both ac and heater to make sure it was working. The cool thing about it is that we can control the temperature with our nest app without getting up with our phone. I love this bc I was always forgetting to turn off our system but now I can do it anywhere. I totally recommend this company. We will use them for any HVAC related concerns.

Mike was very personable and friendly as he maintained professionalism. Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was very responsive and came out when we really needed them. We were without heat as our old furnace no longer worked and our AC was on its last leg. Mike came out to give us a quote which was the best out of three that we had. He went over all options with us and now we are very satisfied to have a new and efficient heating and AC system. They lived up to their name as well, by upgrading my thermostat to a WiFi one that added that SMART touch to mv system.
