Charles, the owner, was very honest about the work that involve- only vacuuming off the dust inside the furnace basically. The two employees were punctual and courteous. I thought they would include vacuuming or wiping down the furnace cover as part of the cleaning. They did after I asked about it, so they did one cover at the 2nd unit. That's why I took off half a star. Other than that, I am satisfied with their work and would recommend their service again."
