"The tenant called him a couple of months ago for something he had one previously, but because he's a good guy, and we had done something six months ago that was very expensive, whatever went wrong this time he just must've fixed. The tenant said she was going to call us back to let us know he fixed it, and there was no contact again, so I'm assuming everything was fine.
