John came out and accessed the the situation and based on faulty drawings I supplied, he gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the figure. When he discovered that the drawings were wrong and he only had to dig up 5 feet (not 14) between the septic tank and the seep box he lowered his estimate. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks.
