Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. This could cause major problems with too high water pressure down the road with burst or leaking pipes. Look no further than Superior Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Thanks to Superior.... Jorge, Rudy and David were a great team. They replaced the old cast iron sewer pipe under my building and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and thorough. After, they tested, and everything seems to working fine now.

Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet.

After lining up three plumbing contractors to install a kitchen faucet, a garbage disposal and fix a drainage leak, I selected Superior Plumbing to do the job because their technician seemed to have the necessary professionalism for a good job and they were also the least expensive of the three contractors I contacted. My service tech Armin was on time, cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable. It was obvious that he cared for my particular needs and he even announced that he loves his job and always looks forward to doing things right. I had a leak under the house that was a very slow drip. David came out and was so patient and thorough in finding the leak. Once he found it, he replaced the pipe that was cracked. He was very friendly and explained what he found to me as well as showed me pictures. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

Armin was great, he got all the problems solved and went the extra mile to install my new faucet with some of the pieces of the old one since the new ones comes with plastic and I wanted to keep the metal (not a simple thing to fit two systems). Called superior plumbing before years ago and they did a great job. Today I called for a residential property, and Armin came at the agreed hour. He was polite, friendly, and hard-working. He also made sure to take of covid precautions and kept the work place clean during and after service. The rate was fair.

Armin and Andres did an outstanding job. They managed to open a stuck brass clean-out cap by cutting it and removing the pieces, then replacing it with a new plastic one. They snaked and opened the plugged drain after having to cut back a bush. They found a suspected offset in the line and recommended a visual inspection. They managed to do all this in a very short time. I would gladly recommend them to anyone anytime.

It went well, there were two employees who figured out a way to get it done. I consulted with two other companies and they wanted to replace the entire sink and repipe. Superior figured out a way to get it done without having to do construction or replace the sink for now.

Horrible. They showed up on a Friday after calling on a Thursday and said they would need to come back Monday to actually test the gas line and quoted $650.00. We negotiated a $250.00 price with them which was still higher than the average cost. They couldn't find the leak. We called PG&E who told us the leak was 6' in. We called them back to repair the line after we had excavated the line. They took forever then quoted us an OUTRAGEOUS $8,500.00 and then REFUSED TO DO THE WORK! Totally unbelievable. These guys wasted weeks of our time, took our money and didn't want to do the job! They don't deserve to be in business. Please do not patronize them.

Hired to fix a leak in a pipe on my exterior irrigation pipe. He assessed there was an unnecessary pressure regulator causing the leak and troubleshooted if I was in need of two or if they were on different lines. He biohazard it and fixed the pipe. Ow the system works great and I have more pressure in my system as well. Great work, thanks!

There customer service is inconsistent. I called them to clear sewer line blockage. Though it seemed it cleared, it had not cleared so I called them back the next day. They refused to come back because they said they could not guarantee due to roots. It was the next day I called!! I had to argue to get the owner approval. There were other rude behaviors and inconsistencies in the way that they business that made my second interaction with them very unpleasant and I will not be going back to them again.
