Jay was able to pinpoint the exact location of my problem using a locator tool. His crew jumped into action and began to dig approximately 5 ft deep to expose the section of sewer pipe that was damaged from tree roots. His crew then removed the damaged section of pipe and perform the repair. Jay performed a leak check of the repair in my presence before closing up the hole. "The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."
