Providence Water Heaters

I highly recommend Providence Water Heaters! Long story short: my water heater tank was leaking, needed to be replaced, but was in a super inaccessible area (climb over a 3.5 ft. concrete wall in the basement, squeeze through a tiny square hole in the structural support beams, duck under the HVAC system, and there is the water tank, stuck in the corner). I had multiple companies come out to do assessments, give estimates, etc., and I am really happy I found and chose Providence. Anthony was very calm and respectful, was able to provide an accurate estimate from photos I sent, and stood by the estimate provided with no surprise or additional costs. He is super knowledgeable about the products and I felt very comfortable with him. He installed a Navien Tankless water heater and was even able/willing to cut up the old tank so we could remove it! He pretty much had to do all this while sitting on the ledge, since there is not even enough head space to stand up. NOT easy! Anyways, I am very impressed with the high level of workmanship and customer service. They arrived on time, got right to work, left the area looking cleaner than it was when they arrived, and took time to explain all the components of the heater to me. Service was excellent. Anthony was quick to turn back a quote and set up a time. Pricing was fair, but given Anthony’s professionalism, it made it a better deal. He pointed out a HVAC system leak, which was outside the scope of services provided, and was thorough in his work. Also important, at least during the pandemic, he wore a face mask the entire time while on-site.

Anthony returned our 9:15 a.m. call in about 1/2 hour. My husband told him that there was no hot water and he was unable to re-light the pilot light. Anthony diagnosed the problem on the phone (broken thermocouple) and said he could come that evening with a new one. Visit, work, and materials would be $250. Nice guy. Efficient and knowledgeable.

These guys are true pros. Quick to respond, offered great advice and reasonable pricing, came out and replaced the water heater almost immediately, and they did a bang up job. Best major appliance install/service I've ever received.

It was great. They were fantastic. He was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He was trustworthy.

It went very well, they were able to come after an hour in the evening after I called him since my water heater is broken and leaking. They replaced it with a brand new one and they were very efficient, professional, customer friendly and the water heater is now working very well. They were the most affordable and also none of the company wants to come in but when I called them and tell them my problem and asked for the estimate, they gave me the least expenses and they came at night so I will highly recommend them.
