Best movers near Pinole, CA

"Jay's Small Moves was punctual and arrived right on time at 8am, which I was extremely surprised about especially since it was a Saturday. I was worried about the items that couldn't be put in a box (i.e. large lamps, computer tower, bathroom mats, etc.), but they have large "speed-pak" boxes where they carefully pack the "loose" items in. The team had lots of blankets (for the TV, mirrors, etc.) and shrink wrap (for desks, futon, sofa, etc.). We didn't have our bed disassembled before they arrived, but not to worry because one of the movers did it for us. They have the tools and they are very well experienced because one person disassembled the bed within 10-15 minutes. Needless to say I was impressed. Packing took around a little over a hour and a half and getting to the house took around another half hour. Upon arrival at the house, the team was quick to unload, but also extremely careful about not scratching the walls or leaving any scuff marks on the wood floor. The bed frame was reassembled within 10 minutes (*mind blown*) and they finished unloading within 45 minutes or so. While unloading, they were very attentive to where boxes need to go (boxes labeled kitchen went to the kitchen, etc.). All in all, my wife and I were very surprised at the efficiency and professionalism of the workers. While they are priced $10/hr higher than other movers, I would gladly pay the additional money for the level of service. **As a side note, we provided 3 cold bottles of water for the team - I think this goes a long way!"

"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"Cory and Colton arrived on the time schedule, did a survey on the apartment and quickly started moving the furniture. They were very professional and did the best they could to finish as early as possible."

"Quantum Moving was great. They immediately responded to my request to move some things and were there the next day. Their employees were so polite and efficient and Dan the owner was great. I would recommend them to anyone."

"recently moved from Fort Lauderdale to Dallas, TX, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, reliable, and made the entire moving process feel smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with care, communicated well, and made sure my belongings arrived safely. Moving out of state can be overwhelming, but they made it so much easier. I truly appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company."

"We moved from Canada to the U.S. as a family, and at first it felt like a lot to take on. The process moved forward steadily, our things were handled carefully, and nothing went missing or got damaged. Everything arrived in Denver when expected. For a move of this size and distance, it stayed manageable and didn?t turn into the chaos we were worried about."
