Mike Gentry was extremely professional and knowledgeble. Our system broke down in the midst of the worst heat wave and I was sure that I would not be able to get anyone out to give a bid, nor, do the work in a timely manner. The bid was helpful, and thorough. He and his son do the installation work, so I was not speaking with a salesperson. He explained all options and many times said, I don't think you need this. In other words, he was straight forward and not trying to sell the most expensive features. He, and his son, Nate, and helper, Mike did all the work. It took three days and two of them they were here 8-10 hours. They were prompt, very polite, and very hard working. Each day they explained what they planned to do and what it would involve. Each day they were careful to be protective of the house(hard wood floors, etc). Also, they cleaned up thoroughly each day. We were very pleased with their company and feel confident that they will stand behind their work. We will certainly call them again for routine maintenance. Lastly, we were thrilled to have a functioning system again, in fact, functioning much better than our last one.

Fantastic experience with Approved Air. The owner explained everything I needed when he did the quote including discussing the different options, his preferences and why, and giving me more info than any other quote. Their prices were incredibly reasonable and he did not try to needlessly upsell or overcharge for anything. They were very prompt, very professional, and completed the job early. I would happily recommend them to anybody and will call them again if I need additional HVAC services.

Sent a message through Angieslist July 14, 2017, it's July 31 and they have not bothered to reply. Angieslist did send me an apology and additional referrals. Very unprofessional.

They are a very professional organization with excellent customer service period, from their front office to their on-site personnel. They even came back to re-inspect a related issue, at no cost, and then made a recommendation on solving that problem. I have subsequently agreed to additional annual work by them on several other of my properties because of how well thy handled this initial effort.

Very professional, courteous service. From phone call to on-site visit all individuals were professional and knowledgeable. I received the typical request to sign on for an annual maintenance plan, and was surprised to hear their pricing was the best by far from any other AC company I've worked with. Signed up for the maintenance plan and they made a return visit within 2 weeks to service all units as promised. Would highly recommend.

I use Cool Air Solutions.  They did a follow up two months ago January 2017.  It was part of the initial contract.  I would tell others that they understood how to use federal rebates and best service customers.  They were really well trained.  They had a good solution.

It went great! Cool Air Solutions was very professional and made suggestions to maximize efficiency and reduce cost, to fit the spec of my home. They are a HERO program partner and made everything very simple.

Mike and Nathan did a great job providing us with a new A/C and heating system for our house. We had the original 50 year-old furnace and ducting, and Approved Air took care of removing it and installing a new whole-house Maytag system. From consultation to installation, they were professional, friendly, and thorough. I was referred to Mike by my parents, who also had a system installed by them and are happy. We like doing business with a small local company such as theirs. Great job, they made it easy, and we would absolutely recommend Approved Air for all things A/C and heating.

I was very impressed. When I did get that quote, I did get 4 or 5 quotes all together and I liked his the best and it turned out we didn’t really need it and couldn’t afford it at that time but once I had the money, I called him.

We wanted to get central air conditioning installed in our single story 1300 sq. ft. home. We went through Angies list and chose 4 vendors to come to our home for estimates. All four vendors suggested that we get a new furnace as it was decades old and also would need to install new ducting for better air flow. All 4 bids were within a couple thousand of each other with the bids. We went with Approved Air not that they were the least expensive, even though they turned out to be, but because 1) Mike was the person we met with for the bid walk. He was really through going room to room, looking in the attic, checking locations for equipment outside discussing step by step what he would be doing. He knew exactly how the house was laid out, the condition of the furnace and existing ducts, where the location for the outside unit would be, etc. 2) Mike and his son Nathan were the two who actually performed the work. You didn’t have a sales representative come in do all the initial bid work and then when the work was going to get done, have completely new people come in with no clue about your home. 3) Mike gave us a bid that was very detailed and specific, down to the size of tubing he would use and why. It was very easy to see what would be done and the cost. The date was set up for the install approximately 3 days. Mike and Nate showed up on time each day, putting in full days, and it was hot in the attic, but they worked through it. At the end of the day they cleaned up and left the place as they found it. They completed the work in 2 ½ days. They were both very professional and courteous. Mike and Nate took time to discuss with me any questions I had and walked me through how to use the new smart thermometer. Really impressed with their work and their professionalism. We would certainly recommend them.

We had several contractors comes to our house to give us quotes. Mike was thorough, professional, and his price was the most reasonable. The work, as promised took a day and a half to complete. Mike and his son showed up on time both days, worked hard and took good care of our home. They were both a pleasure to work with.
