**SIMPLY OUTSTANDING** Robert Garcia Concrete is the only company, in the past 3 yrs that we hire. During this time, Robert and his crew have completed 3 jobs for us. Everything from our first conversation about the upcoming project is fully estimated in detail, and documented in both email and text by Robert. His attention to customer service is beyond compare. The cost is very fair. The level of perfection that the entire crew puts forth is really enjoyable to witness. Our most recent project was a concrete patio replacing a preexisting. wooden deck that, over the years was in disrepair. Robert and his crew demo'd the structure in short order, leaving a clean area. The next morning they installed rebar and forms. The next day they were here bright and early w/ concrete pump, truck, and in no time had the new patio slab looking fabulous. Robert himself, always returns the following day to remove forms, and check to ensure all is well. An impressive part of this project was the replacement of a small narrow set of precarious stairs with risers that were too high and too shallow. They completely transformed the area by removing the old, and made all new safe and aesthetically symmetrical entry to our family room from the backyard patio. These guys are top shelf! Friendly professionals. And... they play great music while they work, which makes watching the evolution to the area that much more enjoyable.

Product is fabricated from quality materials, the installers know how to work with the materials. Good installer!

They did excellent and efficient work! The build was approx 20x14 with lights and was completed in 2 days. I was amazed at the detail and the fact they didnâ t leave a mess! Great job, itâ s been couple weeks and no issues. I would highly recommend Factory Direct Patioâ s Inc.

Frank and his team at FDP were nothing less then professional. Him and his staff were friendly, courteous and explained all questions we had with great detail. We had Patio Cover installed as well as concrete. FDPâ s pricing was competitive and their quality of work is absolutely impeccable. Frank and Angel were very conscientous and right on top of things and they completed the job in time frame promised. Price was reasonable.

These guys aren't the type to just go in, and get the job done...they took great care and pride in the work that they were doing. Factory Direct and Frank Loimo Did a great job installing a new alumawood patio. Communication was great and questions were answered quickly. Frank and his guys did a great job and put up my patio in a 1.5 days. Very happy with the finished work and attention to detail.

I had an exceptional relationship with Fred and Eric from factory direct patios. I called they came over the same day. Later that evening I received a quote the structure was put up a few weeks late (To Code). They answered all my questions . I couldnâ t ask for a better quality job done. Frank and his team at Factory Direct Patios, Inc. did a fantastic job. The final project exceeded our expectations. We had an existing wood patio covering, which needed major help. They were able to seemlessly merge the existing wood frame with the new insulted roof panels. Due to the fact that they were working with part of the existing structure, there were a few unforeseeable issues. However, Frank was fantastic in communicating what needed to be done and checking with us before proceeding. I highly recommend Factory Direct Patios, Inc.
