GOT THE JOB DONE... Ed arrived at my home 15 minutes early and ready to work. He surveyed the work that needed to be done and started immediately. He was very professional and after the work was completed cleaned up everything. I would definitely, without a doubt, hire him again.

He was very professional and extremely thorough in his work and picked up the Heater from the near by Home Depot, which I suggested. He drove 35 miles each way on a Saturday to replace a leaking water heater. Same day service on a weekend, pretty happy with that!

There was an issue with incorrect valve placement. He agreed to fix the next day and reasonable hold back until fixed.
