However, the staff who came out to do the initial contact were never given my phone number so when they were late I could not contact them and had to call the home office. They could not contact me either so there was a brief concern over the customer service. Once they arrived I was able to explain what my concerns were and they understood. The initial call came to me from Home Advisor and not Home2Renovate so that was why there was a mixup as to the initial appointment. Other than that, everything else was great including the bid price they provided for my project."
