In every case Dee's suggestions (stucco the walls instead of paint, don't use DG next to the pool, run wood fence topper horizontally) turned out to the best. We are so glad we listened to him. Our finished backyard looks like an art installation but one where you can feel comfortable and at home. I had two large trees (ficus and avocado ) which needed to be trimmed as well as clean up of multiple garden beds, catching the lawn up, etc. I met with Simon the first day to review what I wanted done and we met once more the next day to review with his crew. The next day his crew was here at 7:30 am and began work. My lot is 5,000 SF and they did a fantastic job. The last year I have been struggling to maintain everything between work and school so it had gotten a bit overgrown. The house and yard look totally different with the work they did. I'm moving forward with Simon to add some sprinklers to my system and some additional landscaping work that I want done."
