"Rigo called me to set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and after looking at my yard and hearing what I wanted. He gave me a fair estimate. I told him I wanted to be fair to my current Gardner and keep him through this month. I told him I was happy with him but he didn't maintain my yard, just mostly mow and blow. Rigo, then suggested that I speak to my Gardner and see if he had time to take on the extra work that I needed. Rigo, also checked my sprinkler timer and showed me how to set it. I would not hesitate to hire Rigo or recommend him. I was very impressed with him and had no trouble getting in touch with him."

"My yard was overgrown. Simon and his team came in and did a great job of cleaning it up. He came out with his assistant and gave me a quote. Not the cheapest, but also nowhere near the most expensive either. The job included removal of overgrown grass and weeds, trimming of bushes and light tree trimming and removal of some small trees. We came to an agreement and his crew arrived on time on the day of the work. We did another walk around the yard before they started just to make sure everyone knew what was expected. I also marked some trees and bushes with tape so that these would be left alone or just trimmed. His crew was very efficient and got the job done in about 7 hours, including their lunch break. Other gardeners had told me it would take at least two days and hauling the debris off was extra. Simon's price included disposal. Excellent job all around! Highly recommended!"

I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!!
