"Great work from Luis! He goes above and beyond. My pool and spa are working great!"

"I waited to put up a review for Pacific Outdoor Living until I could give a full story. Our goal was to fix up our backyard which had never been 'scaped before. We had POL put in a patio of pavers with a grill placed and landscape the entire backyard. We also had an in ground water fountain set up. The job went as planned on time. The different crews were extremely polite and respectful. Very professional. The job turned out beautifully but there were some issues, which thankfully POL has been willing to address. To start, they are a solid pavers company. That is their absolute strength. They know what they are talking about here. The patio and grill are awesome. We had it set with electrical wiring for both an outdoor fridge and a countertop outlet. We also had them run conduit over to a spot where we later installed a jacuzzi. They did a fantastic job. We hired them to also do the landscaping and as we learned, while they do this well, it is not their 1st expertise. They provide this in order to do complete jobs. I suspect there is always going to be loss of some vegetation after installation. This is probably the one thing you can't guarantee but there are other companies we got estimates from where landscaping was clearly their primary expertise. Nevertheless, POL has always owned anything that didn't go perfectly. The landscaping looked great but some of the sod and some of the water resistant plants didn't survive. They replaced whatever needed to be replaced. Even after the summer heat wave and drought where we were limited to watering the lawn to twice a week and had grass die. They listened to my issues which they agreed were not my fault. They owned up to the fact that the sprinkler zones were not perfectly laid out. More than a year later, they came out and just added an additional zone for the lawn, replaced some of the ground cover. In addition, the outlet on our new grill/counter shorted out with the heavy rains this winter as somehow water managed to seep under the covered outlets; they replaced this as well. It would have been more ideal if everything turned out perfectly from the beginning but with these projects, one has to assume there will be some issues. What you want is a company that stands by its work and will not balk at fixing things. POL owned it all and has impressed me by doing so. I am so impressed that I am buying a new batch of mulch from them. I would hire them again even with the landscaping issues because they did not walk away from the problems even after the initial three month warranty. They are a class act."

"Felipe arrived on time and explained to me how he would install the pool rail. He did a clean cut into the cement deck so that the rail could be grounded. The finished job is neat. Thank you, Felipe. I can now enjoy my pool without fearing the steps"

"Very well, despite them having a challenging day they kept me informed showed up and installed the filter for half what my pool-man wanted."

"Few months ago, we hired Eli at SES builders to do a major renovation at our house that included the kitchen, bathrooms, installation of new wood floor for the entire house on top of energy efficient double glass windows and all the doors (inside and out). We were very happy with the whole process of the work from the design stage all the way to the completion of the work. All the materials and finish products were selected by the help of Eli and he made sure always that everything will be delivered on time so the project will not get any delays. Eli is by far the most perfectionist when it comes to his work and his results are always at the highest quality. We are so happy that we hired him for our house and our next plan is to hire him again for our next remodeling of our backyard and front yard!"

"Sergio is professional and reliable. He missed a few weeks here and there, but communicated with me and I appreciate that. My pool was sparkling clean after each service. I would still have him as my pool service but I sold my house and moved.

"The crew was a bit late to get started, but did a good job once they arrived. They carried my stuff up to the 3rd floor since the elevator was very small.
Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

"Great job by CA Arborist. Special recognition to crew leaders Eddie and Cesar.  Eddie took care of all the tree work and Cesar handled the concrete work.  Several of the trees that were removed were next to a swimming pool.   Eddie's crew made sure neither sawdust, branches or leaves fell into the pool.  They cleaned up after themselves and the yard looked great.   Cesar's crew had to do a large amount of excavating (by hand) to prepare the site for the concrete pad. Cesar consistently kept me informed about any changes regarding the layout of the concrete and placement of the natural gas and electrical lines. His suggestion were well thought out were later implemented into the plan.   The work site was picked-up and cleaned each day before the crew left.  I was pleasantly surprised  CA Arborist didn't revise their estimate after all the work that was required to remove the stump and root system of the coral tree.  It took Cesar's crew an extra day to completely remove the coral tree and grade the surrounding area.  Everyone I dealt with from CA Arborists were polite, professional, and easy to work with."

"We have had the pleasure of working on multiple projects with Top-Pro Home Builders, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The most recent and significant undertaking was a complete kitchen renovation and updating the flooring throughout our entire house. Throughout the project, Elon, our main point of contact, did an exceptional job coordinating the various aspects and keeping us informed about the progress and any questions that arose. The kitchen renovation involved extensive work, including bringing the plumbing and electrical systems up to current standards. Elon skillfully managed all the necessary inspections with the city and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the process. We were pleased to discover that there were no unexpected costs, except for a few items beyond their control, and the project was completed within our budget and on schedule. We are delighted to share before and after pictures of our kitchen renovation, which showcase the exceptional work done by Top-Pro Home Builders. From cabinet installation to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wall painting, flooring installation, baseboard updates, and door frame replacements throughout the house, their team demonstrated outstanding craftsmanship. Furthermore, they even connected us with a fantastic architect who guided us through the permitting process. We have every intention of engaging Top-Pro Home Builders for any future projects we have for our home. Their professionalism, trustworthiness, reliability, exceptional workmanship, and availability to offer advice make them a rare gem in Los Angeles County, where contractors can often be unreliable and unreliable."
