The work performed was professional and immaculate. Karol and his crew came in to install laminate flooring as I was about to start moving in. The flooring in three rooms came out gorgeous. I approached Karol with a plea of help. I explained the situation with the three rooms that had old carpeting. The previous tenants had dogs that destroyed the carpets and closets. Karol came in with his crew and performed a miracle. The rooms look brand new and the closets refinished to a state where I have lots of room for my clothing. "It was such a smooth process. Our bathroom looks amazing. The team was very accommodating to last minute changes by us, very transparent in communicating to us on the milestones. We were also at work during the day and felt very safe with the workers around our dog. The project manager brought the right skilled plumbers, electricians and tile people to work on the project and it felt like a white glove treatment.
