The supervisor assured me that my experience was not their normal practice and that they normally made sure to call if there was a change of plans. The crew was excellent and professional. They showed up on time, were professional and friendly, took extra care to ensure work spaces were left clean. "I've used Alphonso several time for various jobs. The first job was to diagnose a HVAC unit that was not working. Another was to install electrical conduit on the outside of a house for motion lights. Another time was to pull wire in order to create a 220 A outlet for an electric range. The most recent job was to check the wiring of an older home and upgrade the 2-prong outlets to 3-prong. Each time Alphonso did an outstanding job.
