"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays.
