His estimate was lower than the estimate we got from the main competitor in this area. The whole process was very straight forward and easy - once you agree to let them do it, you set a date, and they come over and do the whole thing in one day. On the day of the appointment, three guys arrived in the morning. They removed all the insulation, did a check around the house, patched up any holes they found in the attic and around the house, and put new insulation into the attic. They were done by mid afternoon. They kept the house clean during the entire process; covering the floors, wearing suits, and protecting my stairs. They use this big vacuum that goes through your house so none of the insulation being removed ever gets exposed in your living space. In addition, there is a 1 yr warranty in case we hear any noise from the attic again or they didn't cover something up. The workers were courteous and professional."

He was professional and explained everything in detail of what was work was going to be done and how long it would take. We scheduled within a week at a reasonable price.
